Section 1: Non-Refundable Scope of Work

Due to the digital, custom-engineered, and resource-intensive nature of our technology, software development, and dedicated support services, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once a plan, setup, or project has been initiated.

Section 2: No Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed or a service plan (including $100, $120, or $150 3rd Party Support Plans) is activated, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

While we enforce a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy, our dedicated engineering team is 100% committed to providing complete technical support, voice/video guidance, and query resolution to ensure full satisfaction within your chosen service tier.
