All code, designs, architectures, and AI models developed by Epicsouled Trends PVT remain our intellectual property until full payment and explicit transfer of rights are completed as per project agreements.

Clients are expected to provide accurate project details and adhere to fair usage policies regarding our consultation and development resources.

Section 4: Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is." We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital solutions.

Section 5: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Epicsouled Trends PVT. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
